Service Description

Learn to leverage the power of skin-supporting herbs and how to infuse oils with these powerful herbs (many are common "weeds"). Then we will take our infused oils and craft them into a beautiful cream to keep your skin soft and smooth. What you will learn about: -the skin-supporting properties of calendula, St. John’s Wort, rose, self-heal, lavender, and chamomile -two methods of infusing herbs in oils -how to make body cream from an infused oil -properties of different oils, emulsifiers, and natural preservatives What you will take home: -a 2 oz jar of organic body cream ($18 value) -the practical skills to make your own skincare at home -a PDF booklet featuring recipes and techniques learned in class *Option to pair this with the Herbal Salves and Lip Balms class.
