Melt tension and reconnect with your center in this awakening and grounding class.

We begin with mindful, strength-building movement designed to wake up and activate your inner core. Then, we transition into a restorative practice of gentle, supported postures using bolsters, blocks, and blankets.

Throughout your practice, enjoy hands-on somatic adjustments and essential oils to help you cultivate a sense of deep relaxation. We close our time together with a warm cup of herbal tea and guided journaling for reflection and intention-setting.

No prior experience needed. All levels are warmly welcomed.
