Winter Wellness Herbal Remedy Weekend
There is a quiet, restorative magic to winter—a season that invites us inward, encourages warmth, and reminds us of the deep nourishment found in nature. Discover how simple herbs, honeys, vinegars, and oils can transform into powerful daily medicines. We will spend two days blending science and tradition into hands-on remedy making—from steaming mugs of immune-supporting broths and soothing cough syrups to nourishing body butters and ancient oxymels.
